Revelocity, by Peter Wheeler

One objective. One price. A finish line.

You already have the demand: prospects, leads, meetings, signups. The work is turning it into revenue that holds. I help founders and operators do exactly that, however you sell, from your first cold email to your first enterprise upgrade.

No discovery calls, no published-price games, no rolling retainers. Here's what that means ↓

Hero video (coming)

Trusted with the revenue at

Dolby·Mapbox·Okta·Auth0

Nearly $1 billion in attributable revenue, usually from demand they already had.

Mapbox: under $20K into $1M in six months. Okta: 100% of the number, ten quarters straight. Dolby: their first consumer campaign since 1955, $500K into $18M.

Start where you are

Three ways in.

How working with me actually runs

None of this is a claim. Every line has a receipt on this site.

No discovery calls. No small-talk gauntlet. The first call is the work, and it costs what it was worth to you, decided by you, after.

See how the first call works

The prices are public, so nobody performs a negotiation.

See every price

The expectations are written down, both directions, so nobody has to guess the rules.

Read The Handshake

Nothing rolls over, so nobody stays out of momentum. One objective, one price, a finish line. Want another? Buy another.

See the engagements

If you've spent your career translating yourself for rooms that weren't built for you... you just felt something relax. That's on purpose.

Run a podcast?

Your show is your lead engine, but your audience has learned about everyone except you. Let's turn the tables.

The Structure

Most consultants are valets.
I navigate. You drive.

You hand a valet the keys, they put some miles on your car, move your seat, and park it right back where it was... plus a ticket. Every valet. Every lot. Every time. I don't park cars. We fix the engine together, you drive off, and I wave from the curb.

Every engagement has a defined scope, a fixed price, and a clear picture of what done looks like (the specific outcome that means you got what you came for). When you're there, we're done. You leave with the capability, not a dependency. And usually a smaller bill than the open-ended alternative would have run you.

That's not a philosophy. It's how you remove the two things that make hiring help feel like a risk: scope that creeps and an engagement that never ends.

"I want you to outgrow me, and then call me years later because something big happened, not because you're stuck."

The Track Record

Nearly thirty years a serial entrepreneur and native seller. I've built companies to eight figures and watched them collapse, which is exactly why you can trust what I tell you. Along the way I generated nearly $1 billion in attributable revenue for everyone from Dolby to Mapbox to Okta, usually by converting demand that already existed instead of buying more. At Mapbox, under $20,000 became $1M closed-won in six months, in government, a category with eighteen-month cycles. At Okta I hit 100% of an ever-growing number ten quarters straight, on contracts that renewed for years. I get called in at the moments that decide the next twelve months. A first real sales motion, a stalled deal, a company outgrowing itself, a check about to be written.

You can watch the method run in public: Late Night Click, Technical Errors, and Pitchslap, plus 11,000+ founders and operators following the work on LinkedIn.

The front door

Everybody gets a first call.

Bring whatever's most live right now. Afterward you get the invoice and you fill in the number, including zero. If it's not something I do, I'll tell you that too.

Know someone who needs this?

If you refer someone who signs a major engagement, I'll pay you a flat $3,500, the same whether the engagement is a small one or a major one. You made the introduction; the conversion is my craft. No fine print: the deal closes, it holds for 30 days, you get paid.
