Named engagements with a start, an end, and a number on the page. You will know what you are buying before we speak, and you will know when it is finished because I told you the date before you paid.
Every engagement below is fixed term, fixed scope, fixed price. Nothing rolls over.
The first call is up to ninety minutes, and you set the length. One real problem. If there is a pitch, it is short, it is at the end, and it only happens if we have not already solved the thing. You will know which of those two happened before we hang up.

Any car can go fast in a straight line.
stage notes
Someone in the seat beside you who has read the stage notes and calls the corner before you can see it.
The race is won in the corners. Understeer scares the driver. Oversteer scares the passengers. I help you navigate the turn, without understeering into the wall or oversteering into a spin.
Entrepreneurship is a rally, and you need a navigator you trust while conquering the course.
Not someone who takes the wheel: it is your car, your race, your line through the turn.
Find the sentence you have already said out loud.
Eight situations. Each one has a page. Each page has the situation in the words people actually use, what is usually going on underneath it, and one or two ways in with the price written down.
You do not need to know which product you want. You need to recognize yourself. That is the whole navigation model.
Two of these eight are close cousins and people land between them regularly. Some people are in three at once.
The call is also the router, if the wrong thing got picked, that is where it gets corrected, at no cost and no embarrassment.
Founders and owners who built the thing themselves, are past the part they were good at, and are now doing the parts they are not.
Not for you if
you want someone to run it.
- 01I don’t operate your business.
- 02I don’t join your standups.
- 03I don’t sell you a report you were always going to ignore.
Six conversations
Six people. Six completely different conversations.
Each bar is one whole call, start to finish, left to right. The line under it is what that person walked away with. In every case they are the one who came up with it.
1 · There's opportunity in front of me right now
“I keep getting told to come back when it's bigger.”
They talk, I listen. They lay it out · Short, specific questions
The work. That is not the problem · Here, watch · Now break it · Don't do that
It becomes theirs. They take it over · Where this goes
Off the work. The human parts
She left the funding track that afternoon, and renamed what she was building.
2 · It isn't landing, sticking, or growing
First conversation · Sales tooling
“One post got me two hundred customers. I've never been able to do it again.”
He wrote the next three moves himself, before the call ended.
- What they came in saying
- Growth won't repeat.
- What it turned out to be
- Not a growth problem. He had never settled who it was for.
6 · A big change is here and I don't know how to walk it
First conversation · Martech and data
“We're going up against the biggest platforms in the category and I can't see the path.”
He left planning partnerships instead of a fight, and went for a long walk to think about it.
- What they came in saying
- We can't win this fight.
- What it turned out to be
- He was not a competitor. He was the thing they all needed.
5 · The meeting happens, the deal doesn't
Coaching · Education technology
“We get the meetings. The calls don't go anywhere.”
She rewrote what her team is actually for, in her own words, before the hour was out.
- What they came in saying
- Our calls stall.
- What it turned out to be
- The questions were built to make the seller look prepared, not to find anything out.
7 · Alone with it
Peer exchange · Marketing services, solo
“I know what I've done. I can't tell which part of it matters.”
He picked his own answer, and then spent the rest of the call coaching me.
- What they came in saying
- I can't pick what to lead with.
- What it turned out to be
- What he reached for without thinking was the answer.
3 · I built it. I'm not the person who sells it.
Their agenda · Leadership development
“I've got ten years of method and no idea how to get it out.”
He booked the one thing he had never done, and sent the link himself.
- What they came in saying
- I can't get it to market.
- What it turned out to be
- Eighty episodes in, he had never once introduced himself on his own show.
No two of these run the same way. The shape is set by what you bring and how fast you take it over, rather than by a plan I made in advance.
Six real conversations, read end to end and divided into twelve equal stretches. Nobody is named and no length is given, because neither one is the point. What people said on arrival is written the way they said it.
Five things are fixed.
Fixed term. It starts, it runs, it ends on the day we said. Want more, buy more.
Fixed scope. What is in it is written down before you buy. What is out of it is written down too, which is the half most people leave off.
Fixed deliverables. Named things you can open, read and use on your own.
Fixed price. One number, on the page, before we speak.
A fixed end. Nothing rolls over. Nothing quietly becomes a retainer.

He's driven successful pop-up HQs, guerrilla event campaigns and execution, social events, and has helped drive visibility of our small company in a world heavily shadowed by some huge competitors. To put Peter's efforts in context, I've worked at companies with massive marketing budgets compared to Boundless, and Peter has accomplished more with less at our industry trade shows. The quality of the experience for our prospects, customers and even Boundless staff is phenomenal thanks to Peter.”

Start with a call.
Up to ninety minutes on one real problem, and you set the length. Book anywhere from twenty minutes to the full ninety. Most people take the whole thing, and a short call is not a lesser call. No slide deck. The agenda is yours, and we are here to talk about what you need to talk about.
If it was worth something, pay what it was worth. If it was not, we shake hands and you owe me nothing.
